Our vac trucks can be utilized when you are dealing with a water-main break and/or pipe repair. Using vacuum excavation is the easiest way to hold back leaking water from filling the repair hole, making it nearly impossible and unsafe to enter and fix. We use our hydro excavation techniques to dig down to the damaged pipe, creating a work area big enough to install shoring or sheeting, to make the necessary repair safely.

With weather conditions being so diverse, water-main/pipe breaks can happen with extreme temperature fluctuation. This causes the ground to shift, ultimately causing the pipes in the ground to leak. Repairs like this are usually unplanned, requiring an emergency service. That is why Custom Hydrovac offers 24/7 emergency services, no matter the weather condition.

You can’t beat the efficiency of using our vacuum excavation trucks for digging utility pole holes! With many utilities being placed underground it is becoming more dangerous to try and dig with conventional excavators or augers. By hydro-excavating utility pole holes it decreases the chances of damaging any preexisting underground utilities. Also, by using this service we can dig utility pole holes in hard to reach areas. By attaching hose to the vac truck, we can we pull debris up to 200ft away. Lets place less potential on damage and put more effort into success by using hydro excavation for all of your utility pole hole needs.

Using hydro excavation for all of your trenching needs will help you to prevent damages to preexisting underground utilities and ultimately save you time and money. Also, our vac trucks produce accurate, laser like lines to meet client specifications. Trenches are dug in all different lengths and depths based upon contractors needs. Many of our customers use our safe and efficient trenching service for both installing new utility lines, and for repairs and updates to existing ones. An example of this would be slot line trenching which allows for minimal digging. This type of trench attracts those contractors who’s digging site requires small land disturbances and places where heavy equipment would be destructive.
